Dyheim T. Watson, BCA – Lead Advocate/CEO

Mr. Watson has over 15 years of experience as an advocate, As a community activist he has fought and continues to fight to close the gap between the amount of funding inner city students receive verses what students in other districts receive. Watson has served in and held leadership positions in advocacy groups such as Philadelphia Student Union, Young Black Minds Inc., National Action Network, and NAACP.

Dr. Cynthia Jefferson – Special Education Liaison

Dr. Jefferson a veteran educator with over 40 years of special education classroom experience has a unique approach to education that has been recognized by the PA Department of Education and various community organizations. Although retired, Dr. Jefferson continues invest her time and talents helping students with disabilities.

Mr. Keith Johnson – Director of Recruitment

Mr. Johnson holds a Master in Human Services and is noted for having an “Eye for Talent” with an extensive background in social service. He not only brings the discipline in finding the best of the best people to service our clients, but he also seeks those that have a sense of compassion and love for the field.

Ms. Brandy Goodmond – Director of Operations

Ms. Goodmond has over 6 years of administrative and Supportive service experience. She holds a MBA in Business Administration from Gwynedd and Mercy College and has worked in providing learning support to students in a virtual platform for the past 4 years.

Keisha Lee Pizarro- Bi-lingual Advocate

As the mother of a child with autism, Mrs. Pizarro brings a sensitive approach to advocacy. She understands the importance of “Getting the Best” for not only her child, but any child she encounters.

Kia Hardy- Lead Learning Coach and Center Director

Ms. Kia has over 15 years of experience in education and coaching. She has work in all sectors from early childhood to colleges. Ms. Kia has an amazing gift of hospitality, each parent and student that meets her are known to fall in love with her personality and warmth.
